It may be to purchase or renovate existing real estate to operate a business in.  It may be to purchase multifamily property or expand an existing operating business.  Sometimes we may suggest the factoring of receivables to accomplish the objective of the client.  Sometimes we may use alternative or non-owned  assets as collateral.  We act as your quarterback to be sure you are aware of the the best moves or plays to accomplish your objectives.
