of North Texas, he received his bachelor’s degree in business
from the University of North Texas. He has continued his
career-related education to stay on the cutting edge of industry
developments and holds the designations of Certified Financial Planner

Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Senior Advisor, (CSA).
Bill provides an umbrella of financial services through his various

As the owner of
his own enterprise, Biggs and Biggs Financial Architecs, Bill has
demonstrated a seasoned understanding in meeting the needs of
successful professionals and business owners as well as those just
beginning their careers. He also serves as Branch Manager of a
Mortgage Lending Bank and lends in Texas and
Oklahoma.
The cornerstone of Bill’s business philosophy lies in the how’s
and why’s of financial concepts, which led him to an educational
foundation that is still expanding. This background qualified Bill
to head the local office of E.F. Hutton Financial Services, the
premier financial planning division that prepared financial plans
primarily for high-income business and professional clients. With
that experience, and the vision that all those who wanted financial
help and education should be able to get it, Bill became very
involved in teaching courses in basic financial planning. His
course, “You and Your Money,” was so popular it expanded to all the
colleges in the Dallas community college district. He also has done
and continues to do seminars for professional, church and school
districts as well as having written a column for a local newspaper
for a number of years. Outstanding service and a commitment to
excellence have built Bill a solid base and expanded his business
from satisfied clients and other professionals.
Active within his community, Bill is a member of the Denton
Chamber of Commerce, the Denton Black Chamber of Commerce, and the
Better Business Bureau. He serves as the employment specialist in
his church and he just completed two years of serving on the Denton
High School Theater Booster’s Club. He has served as Scoutmaster,
Assistant Scout Master, troop committee member, and Merit Badge
Counselor for the local BSA troop and has quite a coaching career
working with the youth of his community in co-ed softball.
